COZY HOUSE TRZESACZ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a stay at Cozy House Trzęsacz, the Renter confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and accept them without reservation.

  1. Cozy House Trzęsacz cottages are rented for a minimum of 4 nights during the low season and for a minimum of 7 nights during the high season.

High season includes long weekends, school holidays, and vacations.

  1. Check-in at Cozy House Trzęsacz begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM.
  2. Reservations for Cozy House Trzęsacz can be made online at www.cozy-house.pl, electronically (e-mail: rezerwacje@cozy-house.pl), or by phone.

Reservations are effective upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the agreed-upon amount for the entire stay and a security deposit within 3 days. The remaining balance (70% of the total stay) is payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 3 days prior to arrival.

  1. If the deposit is not received in our bank account within 3 days, the reservation will be canceled.
  2. Changing your reservation is free of charge, but is only possible if Cozy House Trzęsacz has not already been booked for the new proposed date. If a change of reservation is not possible, the deposit is non-refundable.
  3. An additional fee and a security deposit are charged for pets (according to the price list on the website).
  4. During their stay, the tenant is obligated to use the Cozy House cottages in accordance with their intended use and not to remove any furnishings or decorations from the cottage.
  5. For fire safety reasons, smoking, using firecrackers, fireworks, fireworks, bonfires, or candles is strictly prohibited within Cozy House Trzęsacz and its surroundings. Smoking is permitted only outside the Cozy House cottages.
  6. The Tenant is obligated to secure the cottage each time it is vacated by locking the windows and the entrance door.
  7. The maximum number of guests in the Cozy House Trzęsacz.
  8. The Tenant agrees not to lease the Cozy House to third parties or to host additional guests, treating them as their own guests.
  9. The Tenant is solely and fully responsible for children staying at Cozy House Trzęsacz.
  10. Organizing parties or social gatherings with outsiders (not residing in the cottage) is prohibited in the Cozy House Trzęsacz cottages without the Landlord's consent, under penalty of termination of the contract without a refund of the stay fee and forfeiture of the deposit.
  11. If bringing a dog, the Tenant is obligated to clean up any waste left behind by the animal. The Tenant is fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal and is obligated to cover the full cost.
  12. Before leaving the Cozy House, guests must clean the house and the surrounding area and dispose of waste in the garbage cans in front of the property.
  13. The Tenant is obligated to return the cottage on the day specified in the reservation as the last day of the stay, in a condition that is not worse than on the day of arrival.
  14. The Tenant must immediately notify the Landlord of any defects arising in the cottage during the stay. If defects are caused by the Tenant, the Tenant will be obligated to cover the damage in full.
  15. The Landlord is not responsible for items lost or left by the Tenant on the premises of Cozy House Trzęsacz.

19. The Landlord reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit the amount necessary to cover any damage incurred during the Tenant's stay. If no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded to the Tenant's account within 48 hours of departure. 20. The Tenant consents to the processing of their personal data in the following scope: name, email address, and telephone number by the administrator: Cozy House Trzęsacz 9/38, 72-344 Trzęsacz, for the purpose of making, changing, or canceling a reservation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to rodo@cozy-house.p
